Custom mortar matching

Match the color, texture, and performance before the repair goes into the wall.

Mortar matching is about more than pigment. Aggregate, strength, base materials, cure time, and the surrounding brick all affect how the finished repair will read.

How it works

Start with the existing wall, then build the mix around it.

We can analyze an existing sample or review the wall on site, then develop a mix that accounts for color, material, strength, aggregate, pigment, and how the sample cures.

Analyze

Review the existing mortar and brick so the replacement is planned around the actual masonry.

Formulate

Develop the type, strength, aggregate, pigment, and material approach for the match.

Verify

Use cured samples, field verification, and contractor support when the project needs more certainty before installation.

Service levels

Choose the amount of field support the project needs.

These prices come from the public mortar matching page. Call or request an estimate to confirm scope, delivery, and project fit before ordering.
